«Me encanta la pasta fresca, rellena o sin relleno, rigurosamente hecha a mano. Desde hace tiempo tengo la receta de los agnolotti que Camillo Benso, conde de Cavour, comía en el «Ristorante del Cambio» de Turín. Me encantan los platos tradicionales, pero también los menús variados con contrastes armoniosos, para que el cliente vuelva con ganas de probar nuevos sabores».

- We had an amazing evening with Iva at her beautiful home in Moncalieri. She showed us patiently how to prepare true Italian pasta and other delicacies. We had a Blast!
- What an amazing evening! We were so excited (also very nervous) to come. Iva made us so comfortable, showed us the way but They let us do it on our own. Extremely patient with us. We highly recommend!!
- The cooking class exceeeded all expectations!! Yvette and Mauricio are super nice and Made the experience unforgettable! The cooking was easy to follow and very well prepared, afterwards we had a nice dinner and talked a lot! They also give apparativo with ingredients from their own garden! Very very lovely italian couple, would reccomend to everyone!
