«Me encanta recibir invitados y cuidar la mesa, siempre intento crear una mise en place con algún ingrediente que recuerde al menú o a la temporada. Prefiero cocinar platos típicos de la tradición toscana, no me atrevo mucho con los postres... ¡pero solo para no comer demasiados!».

- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.
- Wonderful! Engaging! Informative! Delicious! Personal! I could keep going, but there aren't enough positive words to describe our time with Silvia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
- Silvia was fantastic! Her location was easy to find in Lucca. Very nice and clean setup.. Silvia is very knowledgeable and experienced cook. She shared many tips and great recipes. It was a fun time cooking with Silvia and other guests. Of course the food we made was very delicious!
