On t'attend dans notre maison d'été pour vivre ensemble une expérience culinaire authentique des Pouilles ! On va préparer une focaccia de Bari avec du levain et des cavatelli faits à la main avec une sauce tomate artisanale. De l'entrée au dessert, tu découvriras des saveurs authentiques et des traditions familiales. Pendant que je cuisine, mon mari Stefano, notre sommelier maison, te guidera dans la dégustation de vins locaux. On finira en douceur avec une tarte à la confiture maison. Une expérience typique des Pouilles, entre accueil, goût et passion pour la bonne cuisine !

My family absolutely loved our cooking class with Domenica and Stefano! It was absolutely a special experience to be welcomed into their beautiful kitchen and taught several wonderful Apulian recipes. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking (and eating!) all the recipes, and it was extra special that so many of the ingredients we used were grown/harvested and homemade directly on their property (tomato sauce, greens, breads, plum jam, fresh eggs)! Domenica and Stefano were so kind and entertained our many, many questions about food, culture, and life in Puglia and it was wonderful to get such an authentic education and answers to questions we had from previous days exploring the area. The tour of their gardens and chickens was lovely too, we even tried some fresh walnuts from the trees. We already can't wait to come back again! Grazie mille, Domenica and Stefano!

Naturellement Domy : née et élevée dans les Pouilles, je me suis intéressée à la cuisine il y a 15 ans, lorsque mon deuxième fils a décidé de quitter le nid familial. J'espérais qu'en apprenant à cuisiner les spécialités des Pouilles, mes enfants ressentiraient davantage le manque de leur foyer et reviendraient nous rendre visite plus souvent. Au fil des ans, j'ai perfectionné l'art du levain, dont je m'occupe comme s'il s'agissait d'un troisième enfant, et avec lequel je m'amuse à préparer des taralli, des focaccias et des pizzas. Ma passion pour la nature m'a également amenée à cultiver mon propre potager biologique. Je vous invite à préparer ensemble un déjeuner typique des Pouilles : focaccia à la barese, pâtes fraîches faites maison, taralli et panzerotti, avec un dessert à base de fruits de notre terroir.
