    Tu veux découvrir les secrets de la pizza napolitaine ? Chez moi, tu pourras vivre une expérience culinaire authentique, où je te ferai découvrir l'un des piliers de la culture culinaire de la Campanie, célèbre dans le monde entier. Comme tout bon Campanien qui se respecte, la pizza est l'un de nos plats préférés, et je te dévoilerai ma recette personnelle, transmise de génération en génération.

    On commencera par une entrée typique de la tradition, préparée avec des ingrédients frais et de saison. Le plat principal sera la pizza Margherita, que nous garnirons de tomates de ma production, de basilic frais et, surtout, de mozzarella fraîche. Enfin, on terminera notre expérience par un dessert traditionnel italien. Ce sera l'occasion d'apprendre les astuces et les secrets de la pizza !

    Maria Francesca gave us an amazing experience on learning to make gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu. She explained things well to us and walked us through each step. Maria Francesca's bubbly personality helped make the class a fun experience and a gracious host. Her offering to come pick us up at our hotel to take us to her house was an added bonus, especially since her house is a bit remote from where we were and hard to find. Since there were six of us she enlisted a family member to help transport us all to and from her home. We definitely tested her skills as we were the largest group she has ever had. It was a learning experience for her to have a group that large. Time management was the largest challenge because of that. My recommendation would be for her to have a handout with the recipes for the gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu. And this is the reason I only gave 4 stars. If I could give an extra 1/2 star I would because Maria worked with us after the fact to get us recipes via messaging app. We would definitely recommend Maria Francesca to anyone to do a pasta class with. And if we ever go back to that region we would definitely try and book her again with her teaching us how to make some different pastas.

    This is by far one of my favorite things we did on our trip to Italy! It was lovely getting to meet a local cook and see her home and talk to her. We were with Maria Francesca and she was so kind and fun! She even picked us up and dropped us off which was a huge help! She also boxed up the leftovers for us. Maria Francesca answered all of our questions and made great conversation all while keeping careful watch of the food and preparations. I am a horrible cook but under her instruction we had the best dinner we've had so far! I would absolutely do this again with Maria!

    « Ma passion pour la cuisine est née lorsque, de retour en Italie, mon grand-père m'a laissé un jardin dans les collines de Sorrente, que j'ai commencé à cultiver avec mon frère. Le fait d'avoir des produits aussi frais m'a poussée à approfondir mes connaissances en matière de cuisine. Ma terre offre des produits authentiques que je cultive dans mon potager et, grâce aux citrons de mon verger, je prépare une délicieuse caprese au citron. J'adore recevoir des invités, l'hospitalité est innée chez moi. »
