Bonjour de la part de Alessandro !
Je m'appelle Alessandro, je suis né à Milan en 1961 de parents émiliens. Je vous attends dans la cuisine de ma maison aux portes de Bergame, où nous préparerons et dégusterons ensemble des spécialités locales (les Scarpinocc, raviolis typiques de Bergame, ou la Polenta Taragna) ainsi que des plats liés à ma tradition familiale (Tagliatelle, Rosette Modenesi, Tigelle). Le tout sera précédé de différents apéritifs possibles, dont l’Erbazzone de Reggio, et suivi d’un dessert, typiquement le Tiramisu. Une expérience authentique, conviviale et relaxante, avec de nombreuses recettes simples que vous pourrez facilement reproduire chez vous !

- The experience with Alessandro was so delightful, I recommend it wholeheartedly! It was my first day in Bergamo and the tour with him gave me a chance to get to know the old town from a local perspective and it's history combined of course with great food! It was so fun and he's such a kind man.

- Our evening at Alessandros was truly a highlight of our trip. We cannot reccomend it enough. We made two pasta dishes, and a tiramisu. The food was amazing, and the course was very hands on and so much better than we had expected. We cannot wait to try the recipes at home, and we both really felt that we learned a lot! The home was also super cozy, and we felt very welcomed by Alessandro and his family! Highly recomend!

Oltre al laboratorio di cucina, ci ha deliziati con un ottimo menù di ispirazione emiliana, legato alle sue origini, accompagnato da vino davvero eccellente. Atmosfera conviviale, chiacchiere piacevoli e grande disponibilità. Un’esperienza autentica e assolutamente da consigliare!
