Ma cuisine s'inspire principalement des spécialités typiques de ma région, avec une attention particulière pour les produits à base de levure dans toutes leurs variétés. Cependant, j'aime parfois explorer des plats provenant du monde entier. Ce que je souhaite offrir à mes hôtes, c'est un voyage à travers la cuisine traditionnelle, enrichi d'une touche personnelle distinctive. Les saveurs authentiques de ma région se mêlent à la créativité, créant une expérience gastronomique à la fois familière et surprenante.

- Learning to make focaccia Barese with Monica was a wonderful experience. We have taken part in many cooking classes in Italy and look for small group hands-on involvement rather than simply watching someone prepare food. It was clear upon Monica’s warm welcome into her home that this private session would be perfect for us. It was like learning from and sitting down to dinner with friends. As our heritage is Barese, it is especially important to us to preserve traditional recipes, and we fully intend to put this learning to use at home.
- It was an experience as I had hoped it would be. Monica is a wonderful host. Nice and friendly and very helpful. She made us a wonderful dinner and we were pleased to come in her house and meet her family and friends. Nice to see how she made the pasta and tells with love about food and cooking. And also the dessert was delicious. A good choice to do!
- Just the best cooking class with Monica in her home. We learned to make: tremisu, cavateli pasta, and a wonderful tomato sauce. It was delicious. Highly recommend it.
