    In quasi tutte le fiabe narrate ai nostri bambini, c'era sempre una mamma o una nonna che riponeva nella credenza della cucina le torte fatte in casa, che attiravano la loro attenzione.

    Rivivremo queste esperienze da favola mettendo le mani in pasta, circondati dai tipici profumi che sprigionano durante la cottura delle torte. Ogni torta che realizzeremo è per me un ricordo dei momenti felici passati in famiglia, quando con i miei bambini, aspettavamo l'ora della colazione per coccolarci con queste delizie.

    We had a wonderful evening with Jenni and her husband Mauro. We felt immediatly comfortable in their beautiful home and enjoyed learning how to cook typical italian food. We would come back again any time! Thank you for the special experience!

    The cooking class with Jenni & her husband was one of the highlights of our two week trip through Switzerland & Northern Italy. They were so gracious and their home was beautiful & charming. They put extra effort into the surroundings with family heirlooms of linen table clothes/napkins and china. Surrounded by beautiful things, we were taught to make home made pasta dishes and tiramisu- all of which turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful. The presentation of not just the surroundings but of the food made us feel so special. I have forwarded information about these classes to friends who will be traveling to Italy this summer.

    We had a fantastic evening with Eugenia and her husband Mauro in their home. The food was outstanding, the class was hands-on and fun, and Eugenia and Mauro were a delight to spend an evening with. I went with my 18-year old daughter and her boyfriend and all three of us had a great time. Grazie mille!

    Wow! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Eugenia and her husband. It was four of us- two girls ages 13 and 9, me and my husband. Each one of us found this such a fun experience. My husband who usually doesn’t enjoy cooking liked this experience so much that he wants to continue to make home made pasta! The kids were definitely inspired to continue to learn more about cooking. The food was delicious and Eugenia was such a wonderful and generous host. We truly enjoyed the cooking and the conversations. The agnolotti we made were by far the best ones we’ve tasted in Torino! I know we will always remember this experience as one of the best we’ve had during our travels.

    The cooking class offered by Eugenia was a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. The friendly welcome offered by her and her husband, the beautifully laid out table , the attention to detail (it was my friend’s birthday) and above all Eugenia’s great passion for cooking, her mastery and the patience she demonstrated in explaining and supervising every step was outstanding.     "La passione per la cucina mi ha sempre incuriosita e travolta. Per anni è stato un gesto d'amore verso i miei tre figli e la mia numerosa famiglia d'origine ed ora la stessa dedizione la metto a disposizione di chi si trova per diletto, per lavoro ma anche per chi abita nella bellissima città di Torino e vuole gustare i sapori della cucina tradizionale piemontese. La mia casa si trova in precollina vicino alla "Villa della Regina" ed è  facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi dal centro città; qui mio marito ed io abbiamo anche un piccolo giardino dove accogliere i nostri ospiti nelle giornate di bel tempo per un aperitivo di benvenuto. Ho una gran passione per le farine biologiche che utilizzo regolarmente per realizzare il pane, la pasta e sopratutto i dolci, mia grande predilezione".
