- Our family had an unforgettable experience learning to make pasta and tiramisu with Eugenia. It was, without a doubt, the highlight of our entire trip through Europe. Eugenia welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of her family. The hands-on cooking class was not only educational but also filled with laughter and warmth. Both the pasta and tiramisu turned out delicious, and we left with new skills and cherished memories. Thank you, Eugenia and Mauro, for such a wonderful experience – we will treasure it forever!
- Amazing evening with very welcoming hosts! Thanks so much for the experience and for speaking English with us!
- Jenni and and her husband bring joy to the world!! do not hesitate, sign up. Normally, I don’t sign up for activities during travel, but since we were with a teen, we have a shot, and it turned out to be a huge hit with all three of us. Really fun!! We were the only guests that evening. Jenni is an elegant hostess. her house and kitchen are lovely, not to mention immaculate. I love that we were not rushed, we were treated like old friends at a dinner party. We had nice wine, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation. then we got started on the cooking. Jenni was was well prepared and an excellent teacher. Jenni’s husband was an assistant, photographer and also answered our many questions. Once the food was ready, we sat down at the table which was elegantly dressed and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. I must add that we made requests according to dietary needs and they were taken seriously and the menu adjusted easily and without any issues. We really appreciated that. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip and one of the best meals we had the whole week. It changes your conception of a city when you meet real peole, not just running from museum to monument, but taking the time to break bread with locals and learn about real city. We loved it! Thank you Jenni, your work brings humans together.
- This was a really special evening. Aperitivo with the very nice couple and than at work: preparing the meal. Pasta making was the quintessential in this course. Not easy but I loved to do with the help of Jenni. The proof of the pudding is in the eating they say, and it really was excellent. Thank you so much for this lovely evening when I also learned to speak some italian.
- Eugenia and her husband were the best! They made us feel at home and we had so much fun! I filled out a survey on my tree nut allergies and they were so accommodating which I really appreciate. We made Piedmontese ravioli and tagolini! The pasta was delicious and she was a great teacher! Her husband took pictures for us too. We also made individual tiramisu which was fabulous. If I was going to be around longer I would definitely come back for a baking class with my friend Eugenia! They are the best!
