Tradizione e genuinità in tre primi piatti tipici piemontesi.
Sarà questa l’occasione per preparare insieme tre primi piatti tipici della tradizione piemontese: agnolotti e tajarin e agnolotti del "plin", tutti abbinati a prodotti dell'orto e burro di cascina. Per realizzare i nostri piatti utilizzeremo solo farine autoctone dell'Alta Langa e uova fresche a pasta gialla. E per ingannare l’attesa, che prevede che i nostri impasti riposino, permettendo così ai diversi ingredienti di legarsi tra loro, rendendo il composto elastico e facile da lavorare, vi racconteremo un po’ di storia e tradizione che hanno dato origine a questi appetitosi primi piatti. E prima di salutarci, vi omaggerò con un piccolo ricordo della mia cucina.

- Eugenia was an absolute gem. In addition to putting so much thought into creating a fantastic menu for my husband, she also gave us plenty of of local sites to check out. The menu and experience were very thoughtfully put together to ensure we had a great time. Eugenia has a great space to teach and allow you to be hands on.
- Jenni is a great cook and together with her husband was the perfect hosts. We had an excellent time in their beautiful home learning to cook pasta and tiramisu and enjoyed every minute of their company. I highly recommend this class!
- Our group of four persons had a fantastic morning with Eugenia and her husband in their beautiful home. Eugenia is very good at letting guests feel at home and we talked about families, lifestyle in Italy, wine, travels etc. Regarding the cooking everything was very well prepared and with excellent guidance we learned to make a delicious starter, different pastas and the tricks of a perfect Panna Cotta. Thank you for being so generous and inviting us into your home!

- The cooking class with Jenni & her husband was one of the highlights of our two week trip through Switzerland & Northern Italy. They were so gracious and their home was beautiful & charming. They put extra effort into the surroundings with family heirlooms of linen table clothes/napkins and china. Surrounded by beautiful things, we were taught to make home made pasta dishes and tiramisu- all of which turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful. The presentation of not just the surroundings but of the food made us feel so special. I have forwarded information about these classes to friends who will be traveling to Italy this summer. Lots of laughter & learning
