Godetevi la vista panoramica delle colline toscane mentre vi accogliamo nella nostra casa per assaporare i deliziosi prodotti locali. Inizieremo con una selezione di salumi e formaggi tipici, accompagnati da bruschette ai profumati funghi porcini e fett'unta, il tutto condito con il nostro olio locale. Insieme, prepareremo gli "gnudi", una pasta fresca tradizionale fatta con ricotta e spinaci, gratinandoli in forno con i saporiti funghi porcini. Per concludere, vi delizieremo con il castagnaccio, un dolce toscano preparato con farina di castagne, uvetta, noci e pinoli, che rappresenta una vera prelibatezza locale. Sarà un'esperienza culinaria che vi lascerà un ricordo indelebile dei sapori autentici della Toscana. Non vediamo l'ora di accogliervi e condividere questa esperienza con voi.

- Lara and her family were the perfect for the 6 of us to learn how to make pasta and have a wonderful dinner. This was so personal and they were a wonderful family! We couldn't have asked for anything better.
- We visited Lara and her family on a Sunday morning at 10am. We were welcomed very warmly. Besides Lara, her husband, children and neighbors were there. It was a great experience, we had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable at all times and Lara and her family were the perfect hosts. The homemade pasta was delicious very delicious and we were able to learn many new things. We would come back anytime and recommend this experience to anyone.
- We had a wonderful pasta making class with Lara, her young daughter Sophia, son Cristian and lovely neighbor/translator assistant Dalia. The location and vibe is gorgeous and also intimate on a perfect Tuscan setting. The classes were fun and we made 3 different types of pasta, easy enough for the beginners in our group but also fun for the more advanced cooks. It was also a private class for just our group, which made it special. And afterwards there was plenty of time to explore San Gimignano just around the corner. We will definitely do it again, perhaps a full dinner menu next time
- We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Lara and her family. The meal was delicious and the company and hospitality Lara and her family offered were second to none. We enjoyed making homemade pasta and especially enjoyed the fiore di zucca! Lara’s father and husband even offered to pick us up and take us back to the apartment we were staying at when we had issues finding transportation to our experience. We had an amazing experience that we will never forget.
