La tua esperienza

    Ci delizieremo con i piatti tipici della mia città, come le Sagne Ncannulate (pasta fresca fatta a mano, caratteristica del luogo) o i ciceri e tria (cucinati come faceva la mia nonna nel camino). Il tutto sarà accompagnato da un eccellente vino locale e preceduto da un antipasto composto da prodotti tipici della zona. Per concludere, ci lasceremo conquistare da un delizioso tiramisù. Ogni ingrediente è frutto della mia passione per la terra, coltivata insieme alla mia famiglia. La mia cucina rappresenta lo spazio che più mi riempie di gioia, e sarò felice di condividerlo con voi in un'atmosfera che profuma di famiglia.

    WOW WOW WOW🇮🇹👩🏻‍🍳♥️ Roddy & I had unforgettable time spent with Katia and her family near Lecce, Puglia Learned loads about pasta making, tasted delicious food and wine & most especially, we were made to feel so welcome in Katia’s home ❤️ We got round the language barrier by chatting mostly in French! 😄 this was fun and we also learned so much about Puglia - the importance of family is a wonderful shared value we all have 🫶 This was our first cooking experience in Italy and it was amazing! Hours of utter joy 😍😀 Highly recommend! 🫶 Thankyou Katia and family (PS booked with Cesarine)

    Katia and her family are wonderful. We had the most amazing day. The pasta making was fun and the lunch fabulous. We were made to feel so welcome and felt like part of the family. There was a mix up with the location and Katia and her husband actually came and picked us up. I would recommend everyone visiting Lecce do this tour !

    Katia and her family were so warm and welcoming. Explaining about the process as we were welcomed into her home. English was a challenge so we were assisted by her dynamic and at times very funny 15year old son. Nonna came to visit - delivering her special touch to the table and to the occasion. Everything g was hand made, much of it home grown and it gave us all a real insight into a true locals life and customs. The Tiramisu was the best we have ever had!!!! I would strongly recommend Katia and her family if you want a true Italian welcome.

    Katia and her family were extremely warm in welcoming us into their beautiful home. The delicious food was fresh and had a personal touch. The aubergine and tomatoes were straight from the garden, and the balsamic vinegar/olive oil/amaro were made by the family. We ended the meal with a delicious homemade tiramisu. In spite of our poor Italian the conversation flowed. We learned about the region and left with full stomachs. 10/10 can't recommend highly enough.
