: We had a wonderful and fun evening with Christiana! The chicken in the backyard together with her stories about cooking and her family were a great way to start the evening. She not just showed us how to make two different kinds of delicious pasta but also how to cook with your heart <3 she also rearranged the course to accomodate my food intolerances (thanks again!) It was rather like cooking with a friend than being in a class, which was a wonderful feeling!
: Amazing time with Cristiana and her lovely home! She was so open, welcoming, and authentic. We made lovely pastas, she incorporated our preferences so well, and was so attentive to our needs. Amazing property and we were able to learn so much and laugh so much. A group of us 4 really enjoyed the time together.
: Literally one of the best experineces of my life! Christiana was the best and we had the best time!
: John and I had a marvelous morning with Cristiana in her charming home! We were first able to meet her cute chickens who so kindly shared their eggs for making our tagliatelle and tortellini. Both served with a wonderful local red wine. The lesson was quite easy to follow (except for our ineptitude at making the tortellini!) . The results of our efforts were delicious!! All the while totally enjoying our free flowing conversation with Cristiana, who speaks very good English. We highly recommend her class and would take it again if we ever make it back to this beautiful Verona!
: If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Cristiana was an INCREDIBLE chef and host. We were honored to be hosted in her home and she shared so much with us about the local area, cooking, and also would help me with my Italian. I was actually sad when we had to leave as it felt like we were with family. Cristiana taught us tiramisu, pizza and we even had time to make focaccia. The recipes were simple, delicious and Cristiana was very prepared. We learned that she had previously had a restaurant and her experience shows. Thank you Cristiana for one of our most memorable experiences and please hug cat for us ♥️
