Mercoledì? Seratina! Ti aspetto a casa mia per vivere una serata diversa dal solito: un'esperienza all'insegna del buon cibo e della condivisione!

Calendario ricette (inizio alle h 19.30) :

-3/12: i cicchetti veronesi

Prepareremo insieme una ricetta della tradizione, perfetta per una serata in compagnia, della quale imparerai realizzazione e segreti. Dopo il corso assaggeremo il piatto preparato e brinderemo con un buon vino.

: We had the most warming welcoming experience! From the start of coffee and local sweets to the wonderful meal we prepared together. Definitely going back and also with the kids would be an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!
: We had a wonderful and fun evening with Christiana! The chicken in the backyard together with her stories about cooking and her family were a great way to start the evening. She not just showed us how to make two different kinds of delicious pasta but also how to cook with your heart <3 she also rearranged the course to accomodate my food intolerances (thanks again!) It was rather like cooking with a friend than being in a class, which was a wonderful feeling!
: Amazing time with Cristiana and her lovely home! She was so open, welcoming, and authentic. We made lovely pastas, she incorporated our preferences so well, and was so attentive to our needs. Amazing property and we were able to learn so much and laugh so much. A group of us 4 really enjoyed the time together.

: John and I had a marvelous morning with Cristiana in her charming home! We were first able to meet her cute chickens who so kindly shared their eggs for making our tagliatelle and tortellini. Both served with a wonderful local red wine. The lesson was quite easy to follow (except for our ineptitude at making the tortellini!) . The results of our efforts were delicious!! All the while totally enjoying our free flowing conversation with Cristiana, who speaks very good English. We highly recommend her class and would take it again if we ever make it back to this beautiful Verona!
