- In Dutch we have a word which is non-translatable and only exists in the Dutch language, called ‘gezelligheid’. If you would translate it it would mean a combination of coziness, friendliness, homeliness and familiarity. That’s exactly what describes this experience with Aurora. She welcomes you in her home with open arms and tells you full with passion about everything there is to know about the Italian cuisine. We really loved every minute of it and it is the best experience we had in Italy ever!! If you are ever in the neighborhood of Verona, please make sure you book an experience at Aurora’s, you will most certainly not regret it!! Aurora, thank you so much once again!
- Abbiamo potuto vivere una splendida serata nella casa di Aurora. La padrona di casa è stata molto accomodante e ci ha davvero ispirato con le sue abilità culinarie. È stato davvero fantastico che deliziosa cena siamo stati in grado di preparare e gustare insieme. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di indizi lungo la strada. Come ospiti ci siamo sentiti molto apprezzati in ogni momento. Ci piacerebbe vederti la prossima volta. Grazie mille, Aurora!
- Es war ganz wundervoll. Wir haben den Kochkurs an meinem Geburtstag gebucht und er hat ihn zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Die Rezepte werden wir aufjedenfall noch ganz oft nachkochen.
- We had a wonderful evening with Aurora as she walked us through a pizza and tiramisu making class at her beautiful home in Verona. She showed us her garden where some of her fresh ingredients are from (mint, basil etc) and then we entered her bright and clean kitchen for our session. Within 2 hours we had made several personal sized pizzas and individual servings of tiramisu which we then ate in her lovely outdoor dining table with a glass or two of local Veronese wine and topped off by an espresso. We had great conversation while eating the delicious pizza and tiramisu. Aurora’s friend Cristina facilitated the evening by translating for us. This was a very fun and authentic experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip! Thank you Aurora!
- I had a wonderful cooking experience at Aurora's home. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. Aurora's cooking skills are impressive, and she explained each step clearly, making the process enjoyable and easy to follow. The homemade pasta and tiramisu were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
