La mia passione per la cucina mi ha accompagnato fin dall'infanzia. Fin da piccola, seguivo con attenzione mia mamma e mia nonna mentre preparavano deliziosi piatti per la mia numerosa famiglia. Il profumo delle pietanze che uscivano dal forno era semplicemente inebriante. Da allora, non ho mai smesso di sperimentare e studiare nuove ricette per deliziare i miei cari e gli amici, affidandomi sempre al mio fedele forno. Sono qui per dimostrarvi quanto sia facile e veloce preparare piatti a base di verdure, pasta e molto altro con pochi e semplici gesti. Ho diverse proposte: possiamo optare per un menù vegetariano oppure personalizzarlo con l'aggiunta di carni, basta contattarmi per metterci d'accordo! Sono disponibile ad accogliervi numerosi, anche in gruppi.

- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!
- Most excellent time with the absolutely best chef and teacher. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Dishes we made were great. I would definitely book another class with Aurora. Absolutely top notch experience.

- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
- I learned to make several pastas and had some of the best wine I’ve ever had. She was so intelligent and had great tips and it was such a great time with everyone as well! Her house is beautiful and truly I would recommend this to everyone.
