We had the most phenomenal cooking class with Joelle in the comfort of her and her husband Ricardo’s beautiful coastal home. Joelle is an exceptional teacher—clear, patient, and wonderfully descriptive in every step of the process. She not only showed us how to prepare authentic dishes but also explained the why behind each ingredient and technique. Ricardo added such warmth and genuine conversation, sharing local insights that made the entire experience feel deeply personal and connected to Livorno’s culture. The setting, the food, and the company were all simply delightful. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and new skills to bring home. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

Joelle and her husband Ricardo were fantastic hosts. They created a wonderful warm environment and are very easy to speak with. Joelle is a fantastic chef and was a great instructor. We had so much fun and learned a lot. Our dishes included Panzenella, Ravioli and Teramisu

We were received very friendly and warm welcome by Joëlle and her husband. Joëlle explained us very well some traditionally dishes and recipes from Tuscany. We had a great experience to prepare with her some pasta dishes. She took attention on our preferences and allergies. We had a nice evening together.
