Imparerete insieme a me i piatti della tradizione toscana. La mia cooking class a Livorno vi porterà alla scoperta dei segreti della pasta fresca ripiena dalle mille forme. Impasteremo ognuno la nostra pasta partendo dalla farina con le uova fresche. Durante la lezione, utilizzeremo solo ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Una volta terminate le preparazioni, ci siederemo insieme per gustare i nostri piatti, accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino locale. Sarà un'esperienza autentica, che vi permetterà di portare a casa con voi i profumi della Toscana.

- My husband and I had the loveliest evening with Joelle and Riccardo. We were warmly welcomed into their home and with views of the sea and wine in hand, we learned to make fresh ravioli, Panzanella salad, tiramisu and more. Joelle was very organized and efficient in her planning and teaching. Every detail was thought of, to make it an enjoyable and educational experience. And the dishes were absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better cooking/dining experience and agreed it was definitely one of our favorite things we did in Italy!! Absolutely recommend.
- Jöelle è stata fantastica! Ho avuto l’opportunità di passare 3 ore con lei e suo marito. Mi hanno trasmesso la loro passione per la cucina e per la fotografia. Sentire la loro storia mi ha fatto emozionare. Sin da subito siamo entrati in empatia, come se ci conoscessimo già da tempo. Che dire, le portate erano ottime e di qualità. La location è fantastica, con una vista pazzesca a due passi dal mare di Livorno. Sicuramente tornerò a trovarli. Grazie ancora dell’ospitalità e del calore.
- My wife and I had a Wonderful evening together with Joelle and Riccardo with authentic Tuscan food and wine. It was a pleasure to meet the host couple in their home. We are definitely going to try the recipes we received when we return to our home.
- It was amazing meeting Joelle and her lovely husband. Their home is beautiful and we felt so welcome. The food was outstanding and of really high quality. Plenty of food and drink and we loved the day so much . We feel so privileged to have shared a day with them x
- Our family toured the Mediterranean for a week and lunch with Joëlle and Riccardo was the highlight of the trip. I thought my teenage children might not find a lunch experience interesting, but boy was I wrong. They absolutely loved it and Joëlle and Riccardo made us feel welcome and at home. They shared a collection of old (pre-1900) books which my father and son really enjoyed flipping through and the kids were amazed by their collection of antique audio and video equipment. Lunch made it clear Joëlle is an accomplished chef. The menu included several types of crostini, ravioli, beef peposo, and tiramisu torte for dessert all while we worked our way through several different wine pairings. She was patient with my daughters helping prepare the ravioli from beginning to end and provided us with detailed recipes for all the dishes to take home -- so of course my daughters insisted on giving a try the day after we returned home! Joëlle and Riccardo went the extra mile and helped make some beautiful memories for my family on our stop in Livorno. Highly recommend this experience!
