Mi piace accogliere gli ospiti nella mia casa. L'esperienza ha inizio con la preparazione della pasta fresca e durante il suo riposo ( di circa 30' ) ci accingiamo a preparare il ripieno semplice ma con la sua variante di bietola e ricotta di pecora da grinta e più gusto ai ravioli. Prepariamo anche una bella salsa con pomodori freschi e basilico. Adesso con la bella stagione i profumi ed i sapori delle materie prime, si esprimono al massimo, poi ci sarà la preparazione del dolce.

I booked it as a special gift for my daughter’s 30th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Cristiana welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel instantly at ease. We learned how to make fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli from scratch, then enjoyed a delicious spread of Tuscan antipasto, our homemade pasta, and the most incredible tiramisu. The highlight was sitting out on her terrazzo, sharing the meal we had created together while enjoying the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cristiana is not only a wonderful teacher but also such a generous host, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic and unforgettable Tuscan experience! ⸻ Do you want me to make a slightly shorter punchy version too, in case Tripadvisor cuts character length?
- We had a wonderful time. Cristiana was a warm, loving and kind host. Her garden and food were amazing! She went well above anything we could have expected and treated us like her friends. We just adore her!
- We were welcomed into Cesarine’s home like we were members of her family ! We made delicious raviolis and enjoyed an enchanted afternoon on the wasteria covered patio! Great day embraced in Italian culture!
- Cristiana and her son were wonderful. The food was great and the conversation interesting. She also had a friend visiting that ate with us and I do not recall her name, but she and her daughter were a great addition to the evening. It was so much fun we overstayed our welcome. Thank you Cristiana and family. This is a must if you visit Livorno, especially for the cruise groups who do not have time to make it to Florence.
