 My name is Valeria, and since I was a child, I've had my hands in the dough. My grandmother passed down to me the passion for fresh pasta, and my mother, the love for bread and desserts. Now, cooking is my way of taking care of my family, and it's the fusion of my traditions with more modern techniques.
