Hallo von Rossella!
Ich habe schon immer gerne gekocht und wollte neue Rezepte ausprobieren und neue Geschmacksrichtungen entdecken, dabei aber immer eine Verbindung zu den Aromen und Gerüchen meiner Heimat Sizilien bewahren. Ich lege Wert auf die Präsentation der Speisen und teile meine Leidenschaft gerne mit anderen. Mein Haus ist groß und gemütlich und immer bereit, Freunde und Touristen zu beherbergen, denen ich die Freude bereiten möchte, einige Köstlichkeiten der Region zu probieren.

- An excellent morning of making and eating pasta. Rosella and Giuseppe were very welcoming and informative making a very pleasant experience.
- If you are considering a cooking experience… do not hesitate to, this is the one! Well spent the day with Rossella and her husband to enjoy an unforgettable experience. We made homemade fettuccine, spaghetti and tiramisu. Honestly, the best meal we’ve had on our trip. So many flavors! The magic comes to life when your dough turns into pasta! The recipes were very well led and explained. We have the confidence that we can go home and remake this for our families. Thank you for opening your home to us, it was a beautiful day!

We were blessed to have me Giuseppe and Rossella and will use all the tips she gave us to make wonderful pasta at home. The cannoli that Rosella made was the best I have ever had. - Rossella and her husband were incredible hosts- they picked us up from our cruise terminal , graciously welcomed us into their home, and cooked us a delicious authentic Sicilian meal. We enjoyed our conversational time with them, and had a unique glimpse into their lives. We feel blessed to have met them and lucky to have had this experience .
