Hallo von Antonella!

Im Herzen des Mittelmeers, im tiefen Süden Italiens, einer Ecke voller Licht, Meer und Poesie. Wir befinden uns in Reggio Calabria, dessen Strandpromenade eine der schönsten und panoramareichsten Spazierwege unserer Halbinsel ist, wo man den Duft des Meeres einatmen, die unverwechselbare Silhouette des Ätna bewundern und den Sonnenuntergang über der Meerenge genießen kann.

Antonella was most welcoming to her own cucina, ingredients were prepared and we were offered refreshments. She had a very competent English translator which made things flow freely. Her skill and natural love of what she does made it very enjoyable. When all was completed we sat at lunch, a beautifully laid table with chilled prosceco, delicious antipasto and the pasta we had made finished with the our dessert. All round excellent experience.

My family and I were blown away by our Cesarine experience. Antonella was such an amazing chef and teacher to us and treated us as her family. Ale went above and beyond as a translator and added such a fun element to the experience. We then enjoyed a delicious meal and we left full (of food and happiness :). I would highly recommend to anybody looking for an authentic cooking experience while in Calabria. My family will cherish this experience and memories forever- Thank you Antonella and family! My wife and I had the best time and got more out of the day then just learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. Antonella and her family were amazing. The best part is my wife’s family is from Calabria and Antonella explained a lot of what we were cooking and the history behind it. If I’m in that area again with friends or family I will definitely be taking this class again
