At my home you will taste the typical Southern welcome, typical, traditional dishes from my childhood, prepared with seasonal ingredients at Km 0. I will host you in my Dammuso in the Ragusa countryside, you will have the opportunity to see how I cook, if you like you can put your ''hands in the dough''. I will be happy to share recipes, experiences and anecdotes with you.

- Bella tempo con benissimo cibo, realy noi mangiamo deliciozo pranzo. Mi molto piace focaccia e torta con fava ! Benissimo !i ospiti di casa erano fantastici, molto gentili. non hanno prestato attenzione al nostro brutto italiano e hanno fatto di tutto per parlare con noi.
- Salvina and Angelo were the best! They invited us to their beautiful home and showed us how to make traditional Sicilian food. Their hospitality coupled with their expertise in cooking and making wine, makes this an experience you should not miss. Not only was this the highlight of our trip, but, we also made some new friends! We highly recommend this cooking class.
- We had dinner at your beautiful home. Everything was lovely and delicious, and you had my wife in tears. Her grandparents are from Ragusa. We could not asked for no better people to host this dinner. Especially the Scacce Ragusane' and favorite in our family. The time we spend at your home was priceless with the warmth and hospitality was real Ragusin. It was the highlight of our trip. with also highly recommend you to our hotel.
