We'll start our culinary journey with a freshly brewed coffee before heading to the local fish market, where we'll see a wide variety of seafood and mollusks. Next, we'll visit the vibrant vegetable market, where seasonal produce of all colors and flavors will be on display, along with local cheese, herbs, and taralli. After a short walk to my home, we'll enjoy a traditional Trieste aperitivo and finger food before starting our cooking class. We'll learn how to make homemade pasta such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, or ravioli, with a traditional sauce and finish with a famous tiramisù. We'll then gather around my beautiful antique table, where you'll be served with exquisite dinnerware, an aperitivo, and a good wine to accompany the delicious food.
