I will take you to the typical local markets full of colors and hospitable people who always welcome you with a taste before buying. You can visit the local dairies while they prepare our typical cheeses (mozzarella, burrata, cacio cavallo e cacio ricotta) or the nearby vineyards. After buying the typical products of the season, we could prepare together a lunch or dinner composed of: a welcome drink, a first course of fresh pasta and a dessert (drinks and local wines inclused).

- We had the best experience and dinner with Mimma and her husband, the zucchini man ;-) Seriously, Mimma is so welcoming and an excellent teacher and chef. She taugt us how to make Zucchini alla Poverella, Bruschetta with Straciatella, Apulitan Pasta and Tiramisu. We had a beautiful evening and soooooo delicious Dinner!
- My family and I attended Mimma's house in Brindisi yesterday. I have two young kids, and we all had a wonderful time. The experience of preparing (and eating) a delicious traditional Puglian Sunday lunch was fantastic, and Mimma was very accommodating of (and encouraging) to my little ones. Thank you Mimma for the memorable experience!!
