We are Maria Elena and Nicola, and our passion for hospitality drives us to welcome our guests into our home, where we serve traditional dishes from the La Spezia region.

We’ll guide you through the preparation of dishes that reflect the recipes of past generations: Nicola draws inspiration from his grandparents, who used to run an old-fashioned La Spezia tavern. We’ll start with a welcome aperitif by the pool, followed by an appetiser, and then we’ll move to the table under the patio in our garden. We’ll prepare fried courgette flowers, crostini with Monterosso anchovies in oil, potato gnocchi with pesto right in front of you, mixed vegetables from the garden stuffed in the Ligurian style and, to finish, the classic tiramisu is a must.
