My experience is a journey through the flavors and stories of Sicily, lived within my home, a welcoming environment where the kitchen is the beating heart and the place where tradition and conviviality meet. We will start with octopus affogato, cooked slowly to enhance its tenderness and authentic flavor of the sea, followed by Sicilian caponata, a symbol of the perfect balance between sweet and savory, which tells the story of centuries of culture and influences in our region. The highlight of the experience will be the preparation of fresh pasta gnoccoli, made by hand together with the guests. I will tell the story of this typical pasta shape, which originated in Sicilian homes, and the ancient techniques that make it unique. Hands in the dough and love for our land. Water, wine, coffee.
