Cooking class on homemade pasta.

With this course you will learn about and prepare different doughs, such as with or without eggs, colored or drawn. You will learn how to roll out the pastry, using various techniques and tools, such as a rolling pin and grandma duck. You'll have fun stuffing and closing ravioli, shaping short pasta, and even cutting long noodles or trenette!

Once you've learned the secrets of making great homemade pasta, you can enjoy the three dishes you've cooked, right after a well-deserved appetizer! The dishes will be paired with Ligurian wine, and there will be no shortage of coffee, dolcino and digestifs!

An immersion in the cuisine of tradition, seasoned with the flavors of the territory and the warmth of home!

We can say only great things about our experience with Veronica, starting from her passion for good food and sharing her knowledge. We made three pastas which was relaxing and absolutely delicious. Veronica is a kind host and we had good conversations. Her house in the hills has a lovely kitchen and a beautiful outdoor space. We can’t wait to make our pasta at home. We certainly recommend it for anyone.

The country house of Veronica, our Cesarina, is a few kilometers from the blue of the sea and is surrounded by greenery. Quiet, cool, paths to follow, on foot or by bike, and the view of the sea dotted with boats! From the family, loanese for generations, she learned that cooking is a form of love, made of the genuineness of the products of the territory and of the garden, of tradition. Sommelier, she loves combining Ligurian wines with her menus, sea or land, because this is Liguria: vines, olive trees, citrus fruits, vegetable gardens that are reflected in the sea!
