Cooking class on homemade pasta.
With this course you will learn about and prepare different doughs, such as with or without eggs, colored or drawn. You will learn how to roll out the pastry, using various techniques and tools, such as a rolling pin and grandma duck. You'll have fun stuffing and closing ravioli, shaping short pasta, and even cutting long noodles or trenette!
Once you've learned the secrets of making great homemade pasta, you can enjoy the three dishes you've cooked, right after a well-deserved appetizer! The dishes will be paired with Ligurian wine, and there will be no shortage of coffee, dolcino and digestifs!
