- Matilde was amazing, she welcomed us into her home like family. We made a meal with fresh ingredients right from the garden, before sitting down to a family style meal and sharing stories. Absolutely wonderful.

- A highlight of our trip! We had a wonderful evening making tiramisu and several types of pasta with Matilde. It was a true hands-on experience and she is a gracious and skilled teacher. We got the hang of making the oricchiette and cavatelli pretty quickly - l can’t wait to try at home! It was lovely to enjoy the delicious fruits of our labor with Matilde and Carlo and to also enjoy the appetizers and wine they generously shared. Altogether a wonderful evening and an experience not to be missed.

- We had an amazing time with Matilde and Carlo. The cooking class was an awesome experience. First of all the location is unique and totally outstanding. What a beautiful house and amazing location for a cooking class. This totally exceeded our expectations. We learned so much from Matilde and the cooking together was a lot of fun. The food was super delicious and we had a great dinner with a very good wine and most of all great conversations with Matilde, Carlo and another lovely French couple. The tiramisu, the orchiette, cavatelli, ravioli and Appetizers- everything was super delicious. We would highly recommend this cooking class at this beautiful home of Matilde and Carlo! She has always loved cooking, especially for her family, especially treats such as bread, biscuits and desserts of all kinds. She likes to organize events for friends and Cesarine guests, "I am sure that becoming a Cesarina will give me the opportunity to have even more fun with my love for cooking!”
