My name is Anna, and my passion for cooking began when I was a child, inspired by my mother, an exceptional cook, and by my family from Taranto, where hospitality and a love of good food have always been at the heart of our home.For years, I nurtured this passion by hosting themed dinners with friends, where my table was always ready to welcome one more guest.After 30 years as a chartered accountant, I decided to dedicate more time to what I love. I attended cooking courses and continue to take part in cooking classes to refine my skills and surprise my guests. I have also explored the world of wine by completing the AIS Puglia Sommelier courses at Level I and II, with the goal of completing Level III soon.
