I come from Bari, a place where cooking is a symbol of love, family, and tradition. My passion began with childhood memories and the precious lessons passed down by my mother and grandmother, who taught me the secrets of authentic Apulian cuisine. My signature dish is tiella barese, also known as rice, potatoes, and mussels, a traditional specialty that I prepare with care, following every step of my family's recipe. I also love making desserts, especially tiramisù, which I prepare according to tradition for a wonderfully creamy and delicious treat. Through my cooking, I hope to share the authentic flavors of Puglia and the warmth of the family traditions that have always been part of my life.
