You will delight in the classic "crostini neri," prepared with livers and served on rustic bread crostini soaked in vin santo. Next, we will introduce you to Casentino tortelli, fresh pasta stuffed with potatoes and topped with mushrooms, a dish that embodies authenticity and flavors of the region.
Finally, you will delight in "il lattaiolo," a delicate and fragrant dessert that evokes memories of childhood flavors.
