Your experience

Spello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is located in the heart of one of the regions richest in culinary traditions: Umbria. Our hilly territory boasts a great production of oil and wine, which are the undisputed stars of our typical dishes. In addition to olive oil and wine, now known worldwide, Umbria offers other extraordinary products, such as the prized truffle from Norcia, the famous prosciutto from Norcia, the lentils from Colfiorito, and many other gastronomic treasures that we will discover together. We will visit the local shops, wineries, and oil mills to immerse ourselves in the authentic scents and flavors of our land. During the experience, we will share a wonderful view of Spello while enjoying delicious dishes made by me using fresh, local ingredients.

Graziella and Erika were amazing! We had the most wonderful time cooking and eating at graziella’s home with the most amazing view of Spello. Graziella has a heart of gold and a real passion for food. I would recommend her to everyone! Erika was very inclusive and helped keep the conversation flowing with her amazing translations. She was warm and friendly.

The passion for cooking sprouted from my childhood days when I played with dolls and concocted imaginative dishes with soil and water. That's how I embarked on my culinary journey, inspired by my mother, a homemaker who crafted delicious meals. I learned to roll out pasta with a "rasagnolo," to bake bread, and so forth. For about 35 years, this passion has evolved into my profession, thanks to my experience in the restaurant industry. Around 10 years ago, I discovered that I have celiac disease and decided to reinvent all of my mother's recipes, adapting them to be gluten-free. It was a significant experience that further fueled my passion because today, I can offer delightful and safe dishes for those, like me, who have celiac disease.
