Welcome to my home! It is a real pleasure to welcome you to my kitchen, where I will unveil my town's signature dish: Strengozzi, expertly seasoned with a seasonal sauce that captures the scents of my land. At the table, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the classic Umbrian antipasto, a selection of homemade cured meats, cheeses, jams and bruschetta that tell the richness of the flavors of our region. A true culinary experience that embraces the local tradition. To conclude this banquet of flavors, chocolate salami will be our dessert, a delicious finishing touch that will delight the palate with its sweetness and originality. It will be a moment of genuine pleasure, shared in the warm atmosphere of my kitchen.

- After a very pleasant and instructive walk through Spoleto, during which Claudia and I bought the supplies for our lunch and visited some of Spoleto's main artistic treasures, we also met Francesco and all went together to their home. We prepared a traditional Umbrian lunch under Claudia's expert and patient guidance and with Francesco's friendly complicity. Both during the preparation and the lavish lunch, we spoke very pleasantly, getting to know each other with great harmony. We felt as if we were old friends and time flew by. We highly recommend this experience, which we personally hope to be able to repeat in the not-too-distant future. Thank you, Claudia and Francesco!
- We enjoyed a cooking workshop at Claudia's together. We have had a very delicious dinner together with Claudia and her husband. We loved the use of local products, almost everything home or family-made. Both Claudia and Francesco were very kind and entertaining. - What a fantastic afternoon we had with Claudia! From the very first moment, everything felt personal and welcoming. We started by going grocery shopping together at various local delicatessen shops, where Claudia enthusiastically told us about the products. It was also really fun to choose a matching wine together. After that, we met her husband Francesco, and along the way we were shown a few lovely sights of Spoleto. We then headed to Claudia’s beautiful property, where the cooking workshop took place. The workshop was amazing and so much more than just cooking. It felt like we were briefly part of Italian life. The hospitality of Claudia and Francesco, the delicious dishes, the relaxed atmosphere, and the stunning location made this an experience we will not soon forget. If you are in the Spoleto area, we can highly recommend this cooking workshop. It is a unique opportunity to experience the local culture up close and enjoy an unforgettable afternoon!
- My husband and I had a lovely time cooking with Claudia. She guided us very well in the preparation of delicious Umbrian dishes- Claudia’s journey into Umbrian Cuisine through 3 recipes. We prepared lentils with sausages, made our very own pasta with truffle sauce, and an amazing Tiramisu from scratch. All the ingredients were locally sourced and fresh. She welcomed us into her lovely home and laid a beautiful table for us. We recommend Claudia and her husband, Francesco, wholeheartedly.
