I have waited a few days to do this review..because I am honestly lost for words! It was the most amazing highlight of my trip to Italy. Claudia and Francesco..opened their home and their hearts to me. Learning to make Italian food in their home has not only opened the door for my own cooking but has given me a true glimpse of the Italian Culture and love. I highly recommend that you book this beautiful family for a night you will never forget! My introduction to Italian cooking has begun and Claudia and Francesco are the real deal. I know that along the way I can ask her questions and she will continue to guide my culinary goals! 5 stars is not enough to review this family business....they are above and beyond in every category possible. Book now! You will not be disappointed!

Claudia and Francesco are wonderful hosts and welcomed us in their home like one of their own. The meal Claudia prepared for us was delightful, flavorful and clearly a true labor of love. She takes such pride in sharing her traditions, her savoir-faire and her land with her guests, it's truly humbling. From the bruschetta, to the salumi, cheese, tartufo omelette, polenta with tomato sauce to the sweets and bergamot digestif, we were all absolutely delighted. We had a wonderful evening, one we will remember for a very long time. Grazie mille Claudia e Francesco e ti auguriamo buona fortuna per i tuoi progetti.

My husband Tim and I with our friends, Maureen and Tony had an incredible experience with our cooking class with Claudia!! She and her husband, Francesco were beyond wonderful!! They were extremely welcoming and so much fun to cook with! Claudia was quite organized with her menu and actually with each part of the cooking process, explaining every step thoroughly. We all did a lot of laughing and joking. We made a wonderful Lentil stew with Sausages, a fresh pasta (stremgozzi) with a truffle sauce, along with many appetizers, including local meats and cheeses, a celery pesto, a sausage and cheese bread, a Bruschetta with Tomato and cheese. Claudia was very accommodating when we told her ahead of time that one of us (me) did not care for Tiramisu, she had a second dessert ready for us to make as well - a strawberry roll that was her grandmothers recipe!!! And it was DELICIOUS!! So very kind and thoughtful of her!! Francesco was wonderful as well; he laughed with us and took many pictures during the whole day and sent them to us afterwards!! Our husbands loved talking to him about Italy, his work and his family. Everything was timed perfectly, and before we knew it we were sitting down to enjoy the fruits of our labor accompanied by local delicious wines!! We ended our meal out in the garden with dessert and coffee and an after meal liquoir. Claudia was so kind to show us around her farm with the many vegetables, and fruit trees and chickens they have. It was quite evident to us that Claudia loves to cook, loves to teach and loves her life in Italy and on her farm with her family!! It was an experience we will treasure forever!!! We had an amazing cooking class with Claudia at her home. A 4 course lunch with excellent wine after a visit to Spoleto where we bought some ingredients for the lunch. She and her husband Francisco gave is a wunderful insight of their way of living. We felt really at home. Great people and a fantastic experience!
