From the moment I got married, I continued the family tradition re-proposing the typical dishes that my father used to prepare for us and my guests are always happy when they are invited for lunch or dinner."

- My pasta and tiramisù class at Claudia’s home was an absolute highlight of my time in Umbria. Claudia and her husband were incredibly welcoming and generous from the moment we arrived, and they made me feel like an old friend rather than a guest. I was guided step by step through making handmade pasta and a classic tiramisù, with lots of patience, tips, and chances to get hands-on. The class itself was fantastic – fun, relaxed, and genuinely informative – and I left feeling confident I could recreate everything at home. Thanks Claudia!
