We’ll start with a selection of fresh and mature cheeses, accompanied by delicious local cured meats and vegetables from the garden. We’ll sample Strengozzi, a typical fresh pasta from Spoleto. The main course is a delicious free-range chicken alla cacciatora served with a seasonal side dish, which brings out the authentic flavours of our land. To finish, we’ll serve Crescionda Spoletina. A tribute to my family, my homeland and local produce. During the culinary tour, you’ll have the chance to savour fresh produce from the garden, including extra virgin olive oil, jams and preserves, which represent a tradition rooted in farming and family-run livestock rearing. I look forward to welcoming you to my country home to share these culinary treasures.

: Claudia and Francesco were superb hosts. Well organized, the freshest of local ingredients, and great language skills. We learned a great deal about Umbrian cuisine and hospitality. AND a most delicious lunch to share. We heartily recommend.
