    We will begin with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, accompanied by delicious local cured meats and garden vegetables. We will taste Strengozzi, a typical Spoletina-style fresh pasta. The main course is a delicious guinea fowl in salmi, served with a seasonal side dish that brings out the genuine flavors of our land. To conclude, we will offer Crescionda Spoletina. A tribute to my family, homeland and local products. During the culinary tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh fruits from the garden, including extra virgin olive oil, jams and preserves, which represent the tradition rooted in the cultivation of the land and family farming. I look forward to seeing you at my country home to share these culinary treasures.

    We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Claudia en haar man. Eerst heeft Claudia ons meegenomen voor een rondleiding door Spoleto. Zij heeft ons meegenomen naar de lokale winkeltjes en ons veel verteld over de geschiedenis van Spoleto. Daarna zijn we naar haar huis gegaan waar een mooie gedekte tafel klaarstond en waar we antipasti (bruchetta's) en verse pasta hebben gemaakt. Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen en ook onze kinderen van 17 hebben van deze ervaring genoten. We hebben heerlijk gegeten en ook veel.geleerd over het leven in Umbriē. Claudia is een hele goede kok. Als je echt van Italiaans eten houdt dan kunnen wij Claudia van harte aanbevelen!

    My husband and I had a cooking class with Claudia today. The experience turned out to be so much more than a cooking class. Claudia and her husband Francesco welcomed us into their home as if we were family friends. Claudia is an exceptional cook, teacher and hostess. Her passion for cooking was evident in how she spoke about the food, taught us to prepare the food, as well as its presentation on a beautifully set table. Claudia was extremely well organized, thorough and patient in teaching us the recipes. She was so very accommodating and friendly, which made our experience so enjoyable. Francesco was kind enough to take pictures of us documenting the great experience. The highlight of our day was in sitting down with Claudia and Francesco to enjoy the delicious meal that we had made together. After our meal, Claudia and Francesco gave us a tour of their family farm, where many of the ingredients came from. We truly enjoyed our time with Claudia and Francesco, and we hope to be able to take another class with Claudia in the future. She is a great teacher!

    We had a wonderful cooking class with Claudia. She was a great instructor and we successfully made some great pastas and tiramisu! It was perfectly hands on. We really enjoyed talking to the family and eating the food we had prepared! We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting an authentic cooking experience!
