We will begin with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, accompanied by delicious local cured meats and garden vegetables. We will taste Strengozzi, a typical Spoletina-style fresh pasta. The main course is a delicious guinea fowl in salmi, served with a seasonal side dish that brings out the genuine flavors of our land. To conclude, we will offer Crescionda Spoletina. A tribute to my family, homeland and local products. During the culinary tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh fruits from the garden, including extra virgin olive oil, jams and preserves, which represent the tradition rooted in the cultivation of the land and family farming. I look forward to seeing you at my country home to share these culinary treasures.

- Esperienza fantastica.... organizzazione precisa ,posto molto bello ; atmosfera di casa bellissima e piacevole con persone vere e simpatiche,mentre si preparava il cibo mi sono molto divertita ed era molto buono ....sicuramente da rifare.
- We had an amazing experience with Claudia and her husband Francesco. We felt at home. Warm and kind people. It was really enjoyable and we learned a lot about the local cuisine. In addition, the way to the area is very beautiful. Highly recommended
- If you want to experience what true Italian hospitality really means, this activity is definitely for you! I was hosted by the wonderful family — Claudia and Francesco — with whom I felt just like among my own loved ones. I also had the chance to help prepare some local dishes and then enjoy them together at the table. And those beautiful views all around... simply amazing! It’s definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had during my stay in Italy.
