Welcome! It will be an authentic experience to guide you through the ancient stores of my city, immersing you in the historic streets of Spoleto in search of fresh and genuine products. Afterwards, I will have the pleasure of welcoming you to my home in the countryside, where you will be able to savor the typical products of the area and the fruits of our vegetable garden. Together we will prepare delicious bruschetta, tasty appetizers and, as a highlight, we will devote ourselves to making fresh pasta, with the irresistible "Strengozzi," a typical dish of Spoleto Sundays. The day will culminate with the preparation of Tiramisu, a dessert that encapsulates the authentic taste of Italy. It will be a unique opportunity to share, cook and enjoy together.

- The experience that Claudia provided was exceptional. After an informative walk through Spoleto purchasing some produce, we were welcomed into her home to prepare the meal. Wonderful appetizers of different types of bruschetta, salami and sausage, and ricotta with homemade fig marmalade. Then we made fresh Strengozzi pasta with a homemade tomato sauce. Claudia and Francesco are wonderful hosts and we highly recommend this experience!
- I had an amazing time with Claudia and learned so much. We used beautiful very local ingredients and she tailored the menu for me as a vegetarian. Claudia is so generous in the way she shares information and providing tastings of different ingredients - it was a great day. I highly recommend this as a very authentic way to experience a Italian food and hospitality in Claudia's home.
- I have traveled all over the world and participated in many meals. However, I have never felt more welcomed, nor have I experienced a more lovely warm home and hosts and delicious local cuisine. Anyone that is fortunate enough to dine with Claudia and Francesco will have an experience and a memory that will last a lifetime.
- After a very pleasant and instructive walk through Spoleto, during which Claudia and I bought the supplies for our lunch and visited some of Spoleto's main artistic treasures, we also met Francesco and all went together to their home. We prepared a traditional Umbrian lunch under Claudia's expert and patient guidance and with Francesco's friendly complicity. Both during the preparation and the lavish lunch, we spoke very pleasantly, getting to know each other with great harmony. We felt as if we were old friends and time flew by. We highly recommend this experience, which we personally hope to be able to repeat in the not-too-distant future. Thank you, Claudia and Francesco!
- We enjoyed a cooking workshop at Claudia's together. We have had a very delicious dinner together with Claudia and her husband. We loved the use of local products, almost everything home or family-made. Both Claudia and Francesco were very kind and entertaining. If you want to experience local Umbrian hospitality and cooking we would highly recommend Claudia' workshops!
