Your experience
I live in a place rich in history and traditions, including medieval ones. In Sarteano a historical reenactment called the Giostra del Saracino takes place every August 15. It is a chivalrous tournament between five contrade. I like to tell through the ancient flavors included in the menu the folkloric knowledge and traditions of this area. The menu includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert.
