Water, flour and salt a simple mix for a magical result. I will accompany you in the preparation of fresh handmade pasta. We will use simple ingredients that will become high quality dishes with unforgettable flavor! We will prepare three different types of pasta : pici, or large spaghetti with a "liar" tomato and sausage sauce, ravioli ricotta and pecorino, with Nobile di Montepulciano wine in the dough, and strozzapreti, a sort of tagliatelle not well cut with a spicy tomato and parsley sauce. Get our hands dirty and then enjoy cheerfully, these three traditional dishes. Ending with a glass of good wine, why not?

I live in a place rich in history and traditions, including medieval ones. In Sarteano, a historical reenactment called Giostra del Saracino takes place every 15th of August. It is a chivalrous tournament between five contrades.I like to tell through the ancient flavors included in the menu the folkloric knowledge and traditions of this area.The menu includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert.

Celebratw an anniversary in the Sienese hills, precisely in Val d'Orcia Unesco heritage site, in my terraced house reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse. Wrapped in a warm atmosphere we will prepare a cake that was born between this valley and Val di Chiana, the sweet symbol of Chianciano Terme, precisely called "torta chianciano". Its short pastry exterior encloses several layers of sponge cake soaked with local almond amaretto liqueur and filled with custard.
