: Fabulous Class! Barbara welcomed us into her home and did an excellent job of showing us her recipes.
: We had the most wonderful time with Barbara and Patrizio at their home. We feel like we made friends for life. I loved the way we talked about how food is the best way for people from all countries and cultures to have common ground and the family stories around food that were shared with us. The recipes that Barbara taught us to make were so delicious and I can't wait to do my best to make them for our family and friends here at home. I can't imagine a better experience anywhere. It is a memory I will treasure forever. I hope I can meet with them again someday for another warm hug and stories shared over incredible food. Thank you Barbara and Patrizio, love from your new Canadian friends.
: Barbara was an amazing host, chef, and teacher! This was one of my favorite experiences on my trip to Italy. They made us feel so welcome and were so kind to share their home with us. We learned two different ways of making pasta and how to make tiramisu. Everything was delicious - everyone in our group agreed that it was the best meal we had in Italy. I can’t recommend this experience enough!
: Barabara and her husband Patrizio were the best hosts! This is an incredibly intimate experience in their home learning and cooking with Barbara in her kitchen. Afterwards we shared the meal together and enjoyed getting to know each other. A truly unique experience and the highlight of our Tuscan Italian trip. Highly recommend.
