    Panzerotto, a culinary specialty from southern Italy served as a main course, originated in my Puglia and is considered the jewel of Apulian gastronomy. Originally a dish of humble origins, made with leftover bread dough, small half-moons filled with cheese pieces and tomatoes, it has become a highly appreciated street food throughout Italy.

    Living in Tuscany, I can't help but merge these two traditions. Therefore, I'll prepare panzerotti with a special filling: mozzarella from my Puglia enveloped by a Tuscan ragù with Chianina minced meat. A must-try fusion of flavors!

    Our time with Anna and Laura (translator) was so special. Anna was an amazing chef and a great instructor. The food was incredible, something you can’t have anywhere else. We enjoyed our experience and talked for hours. This was a once in a lifetime experience and would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
