Overlooking the panorama of the hills that envelop Montepulciano from a typical and ancient dwelling, we will let you taste 3 of our wines from biodynamic culture that will tell you the wonderful adventure of an area that has transformed from the sea into the beautiful hills of Tuscany . Accompanying this heroic and enoic tale will be the traditional Tuscan chopping boards, colorful bruschetta with the products of the countryside with the scent of extra virgin olive oil from our farm, and the most typical and colorful summer dish :panzanella.
We will teach you how to prepare this versatile salad for your friends when you return home. We will say goodbye by tasting the famous traditional almond cookies.

Tastings in the magical cave of Evelina's vault of aged vintages. A gem of a museum from our biodynamic winery. An exclusive opportunity for small groups of avid drinkers led on a gastronomic journey through three tastings of wine and three food samplings. This small winery, carved into the underground heart of the country and lined with bottles from all vintages produced by the Croce di Febo biodynamic company, contains the historical memory of vineyard production. A sip of the fragrant liquid will transport the participants on a journey through time. Three different vintages will be tasted, accompanied by delicious and convivial food. Through the same grape variety and the same soil, we will explore the change in scent, color, and emotion enacted by time in its verticality.
