La cucina per me è sempre stata espressione di armonia e convivialità. Amo condividere le mie ricette con gli altri senza prendersi troppo sul serio ed esprimere al meglio il mio territorio con piatti tradizionali: la pasta fatta in casa come i pici e le tagliatelle, i dolci, le crostate e i cantuccini con le mandorle, il peposo di Chianina, il ragù Toscano e tante altre prelibatezze.
