I am Bergamasque, I love meat, but even more I love to follow a strictly vegegetarian style! Trying to experiment with what nature offers me stimulates me, makes me curious and entices me to create new dishes!
With this menu I want to show that in Bergamo we do not only eat meat, but there are many other traditional dishes that have been enjoyed on tables since our grandparents were little! My menu includes the possibility of offering a complete meal for both those who follow a vegetarian and vegan diet, always related to our tradition, of course!

My greatest passion is pastry, and I adore experimenting with new desserts, even though crostata remains my favorite dessert. I like to make my guests feel at ease in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, filled with plenty of delicious things to enjoy and lots of laughter to share.
