Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, you’ll step into my country kitchen to learn the techniques and secrets for making the perfect tiramisu and homemade pasta that won’t break when boiled! We’ll start with a tasty aperitif and a glass of wine, then get hands-on, followed by a chance to share the food we’ve prepared in the authentic setting of my farmhouse. We’ll use local ingredients, heirloom pulses and locally sourced flour. Using the freshest eggs from the hens in my garden, we’ll be able to create special dishes thanks to the use of the Roner, a professional low-temperature cooking appliance. Great taste and fun guaranteed!
