We will meet at the Campagna Amica market in Terni to shop together from the best Umbrian producers and get in touch with the authentic side of this region. Buying directly from producers will give you the opportunity to satisfy your curiosity and be guided in making the most authentic choices. We will move to my country house in Narni where we will prepare our menu together, based entirely on seasonal vegetables and typical products.

Weather permitting, we will eat outside among the olive trees, or in the cold season we will stay warm by the fireplace.
