You will be welcomed in the heart of the Umbrian hills, between Narni and San Gemini, in a farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and woods. Here you will enter the kitchen to discover one of the most representative products of this land: truffles. You will learn how to clean and store them properly, then we will move on to preparing fresh pasta. Together we will make tagliatelle, which will be seasoned with prized black truffles, and we will prepare a poached egg on a bed of potato and pecorino cream as an appetizer, rich in the flavors of the region. While waiting, you can stroll through the olive grove and, if you wish, make friends with the farm animals, enjoying an authentic and relaxing experience in the Umbrian countryside.
