- This was an exceptional small and private experience cooking and eating in a Sicilian home. Rosella didn’t speak much English, but her husband spoke great English and translated throughout. Her husband reached out the night before and offered a ride to and from their place to make the experience easier. I highly recommend taking him up on his offer! It was a very friendly and enjoyable afternoon for us and I highly recommend this cooking experience!
- An excellent morning of making and eating pasta. Rosella and Giuseppe were very welcoming and informative making a very pleasant experience.
- If you are considering a cooking experience… do not hesitate to, this is the one! Well spent the day with Rossella and her husband to enjoy an unforgettable experience. We made homemade fettuccine, spaghetti and tiramisu. Honestly, the best meal we’ve had on our trip. So many flavors! The magic comes to life when your dough turns into pasta! The recipes were very well led and explained. We have the confidence that we can go home and remake this for our families. Thank you for opening your home to us, it was a beautiful day!

- This experience was excellent and the highlight of our time in Italy! To be able to be in the lovely home of our hosts and make pasta with Rossella was amazing. We were blessed to have me Giuseppe and Rossella and will use all the tips she gave us to make wonderful pasta at home. The cannoli that Rosella made was the best I have ever had. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who visits Messina
