Your experience
We begin with a tasting of our 7 references, starting with the Roero Arneis, the only white among the reds that is accompanied by the tonnata sauce.
We then move on to the red wines with the 2 Dogliani, which we usually pair with salami. Accompanied by the Lardo and pancetta are paired with Nebbiolo and Barbera. Next we will taste the Langhe "Excelso" blend of several wines to taste with the pasta di meliga. And then the last wine but not least, the king of wines the wine of kings: the Barolo, to be tasted with cheese and cugnà. We then move to the cellar, where you can see how we work to create the wines you have just tasted and if you want there you can also buy our wines.
