Hi, I'm Gian Paolo, a Cesarine wine expert, and professional chef. We'll discover a prestigious winery in the heart of La Morra to taste 4 of the region's most famous wines paired with traditional dishes. We'll explore the winery to learn about its prestigious products and the production process, from the vineyard to the bottle. Then, we'll immerse ourselves in 4 wine tastings, including the "King of Wines," Barolo, and 4 local courses made with seasonal ingredients. I look forward to exploring the taste of Langhe with you, an astonishing land of excellent products and centuries-old culture. Cesarina from 2023Location: La Morra Languages: Italian, English, FrenchMine is a cuisine that originates from the Piedmontese land. The products are all local and selected (meats, vegetables, cheeses, fresh perfumes) as well as obviously the wines paired with the dishes. I try to be as linear as possible in the preparation even if the Langa cuisine sometimes requires long times and complex procedures. For me it is essential to always recognize the basic elements of a dish. I don't like oddities, the products we have here are enough and more!
