Hi, I'm Gian Paolo, a Cesarine wine expert, and professional chef. We'll discover a prestigious winery in the heart of La Morra to taste 4 of the region's most famous wines paired with traditional dishes. We'll explore the winery to learn about its prestigious products and the production process, from the vineyard to the bottle. Then, we'll immerse ourselves in 4 wine tastings, including the "King of Wines," Barolo, and 4 local courses made with seasonal ingredients. I look forward to exploring the taste of Langhe with you, an astonishing land of excellent products and centuries-old culture.
