Tour of the fish market at the port and cooking class in a country house. We will walk along the stalls at the port and buy the fresh fish of the day. From the port, we will drive to my country house, where we will prepare three dishes together: bruschetta with butter and anchovies, spaghetti with mussels or clams, and finally custard with my strawberry compote.

- Fantastic evening with Silvana. Second helpings of tagliatelle and ravioli made with our own hands. Dinner in the garden just like family.
- Well, what can I say?! Fantastic! Not only did I leave knowing how to make delicious puff pastries/piadine at home, but I'm also happy to have met two wonderful people: Silvana and her husband! Truly kind and fantastic people. The course flew by with chatting and laughter!
- We had a great time with Silvana! She is very kind and easy going and made us feel at home. All the dishes were SO GOOD! Never had such great cappellacci in my life! The explanation was very clear and she helped us where needed. Would definately recommend.

I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
