With several vegan friends, I have learned to make their dinners special by infusing the same dedication I put into non-vegan dishes. When the days are beautiful, I set the table on the porch of my home, offering a breathtaking view of the countryside. In this serene and natural setting, I try to give moments of joy through my vegan cooking. On colder days, cozy evenings await you in my beautiful greenhouse, where seasonal ingredients will bring to life dishes such as:
Tomato Ravioli stuffed with Philadelphia and pumpkin. Chickpea crepe with radicchio and mixed forest mushrooms. A delicious Sacher-style dessert revisited with a vegan twist. Come and discover a dining experience that celebrates the freshness and goodness of vegan ingredients!

- Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serata, oltre le aspettative. La cena si è svolta in una specie di serra in mezzo al verde molto accogliente e confortevole, nonostante fuori piovesse forte. Il cibo molto buono e preparato con cura e attenzione. Chiara è una persona cordiale e attenta alle nostre richieste . Proprio una bella esperienza.
